Ravenwood RV Resort and Campground, Coeur d’Alene, Idaho

This is actually a beautiful campground, featuring a swimming pool, good size level, gravel sites with adequate space in-between, a large dog park and a playground.  There are grass side yards and large yards in the back.  There are several downsides to this campground…..first it is next to a fairly busy highway and you can easily hear the traffic noise.  Equally disrupting, are the railroad tracks that run close by.  Secondly, there are no bathrooms or shower house!  They have porta-potties located strategically throughout the campground.  We were told that a bath house should be open later this year.  Next, there is very sketchy WIFI and cell service.  And lastly, there are only a few sites that have sewer hook up.  To their credit, they do offer an emptying service for your grey water for $5.  If their sites had sewer, this campground would have received a higher rating.
