We absolutely love Gulf State Park Campground in Gulf Shores, Alabama so we were so happy to include them in our itinerary! Needless to say, we have been anxiously watching their clean up process following Hurricane Sally. It looked like their progress was going to allow us to keep our upcoming reservation, but today we heard that all reservations through October 19th were cancelled. So….we scrambled to find alternative plans – it’s only 3 days away and we’re talking FLORIDA! We finally found an opening near Destin and we are super excited to be staying there! Watch future posts to see how we like it!
But for now, we’re camped out at one of our favorite spots!!! And they even provide dinner (at a reasonable cost!)
