We crossed over the Florida/Georgia line and entered into the peach state. We found Creekfire RV Resort just outside of Savannah.
Without doubt, Creekfire is a beautiful camping facility! It’s a sizable facility and has every amenity you could imagine or want in a campground. It has a beautiful large swimming pool, two kiddie pools, a lazy river, three hot tubs, tennis courts and an impressive playground for the kids!

Additionally, there is a workout center, laundry facilities, shower rooms, a camp store and a full service snack bar

Beautiful, right? However, I’m sorry to report that we would NOT return to this facility. Unfortunately, the staff was not interested in helping their customers. They went through the motions but lacked sincerity and desire to make sure the camper’s needs were met. The campground boasts WiFi, but in truth, neither we or Moritz’s were able to connect the entire 3 days we were there. We tried repeatedly and called the check in desk only to be told that there must be too many people streaming or the weather was not allowing us to connect. I tried at 5 AM when most campers were sleeping with no connectivity and I even took my computer to the office without luck. Tyler, the supervisor, insisted it was due to the weather even though it was sunny and beautiful outside. Our opinion is that their internet should be upgraded or advertising they have WiFi should cease.
